Canon tm 300
Hi guys
New to the forum
I own a canon tm 300 that is currently in a shop and the owner pays me per print the way I verify what is printed is by using the canon accounting software but the last time I went to check the print log on the software there is an entire month just missing my question is is it possible to delete print jobs from the accounting software so they never existed (ie is the person who is using the printer deleting jobs so as to not pay for them)

As a software It's pretty easy that it's database or logs are likely editable.

That sw is a convenience for the user to handle inks and paper not for being a proof of what's being print or not.

Getting paid for the prints you done however sounds a heavy bs to me.

Agree for a forfeit contract or as last resort use the shop invoices as proof of work done, or prepare job tickets on paper for each work being done and approved by the customer.
