Help!
i have imac was on catalina when my pixma ix6850 after 8 months just suddenly started printing either light purple or blue instead of black, I couldn't fix, did all the usual changed cartridges, head clean etc, test page was perfect
so went out and bought a new pixma ix6850 and same problem, spent 10 hours on remote over 3 days with adobe, 3 hours on phone to Cannon, head clean, test page perfect, print black with pdf, pages, google docs, word just not photoshop
upgraded imac to Big Sur and still same tearing my hair out here as cannot do any work
anyone help,
im not good with printer profiles but using the Cannon ij 2005 profile with photoshop manages colours, but have worked my way through every profile in the list,
can anyone help PLEASEEEEE
