I have just stumbled across this forum looking for answers to my printing problems so would just like to say hi to everyone who reads this.
Anyway to my problem...
I have recently been experiencing pink horizontal stripes on everything I print. I have tried the usual boring maintenance stuff that comes with the printer and it seems that the black (has green stripes) and the magenta (Pink stripes) are affected.
If I print out the sheet for checking if heads need cleaning where you get blocks of colour of blue pink yellow and black. The yellow and blue are fine but the black has green stripes in some areas and in others it doesn't seem to print out the full square and the pink prints out a square that resembles turrets off a castle.
If this makes sense to anyone I would appreciate any suggestions is it simply heads need physically cleaning? or are the heads out of alignment?
