Does anyone know of a good chip resetter that's compatible with Epson's T060x series of cartridges? I bought a Jet Tec resetter from Staples, and while it's worked fine with the color tanks, it's ruined two black chips so far, the resetter says that the reset didn't go right, and the printer won't even recognize that the cartridge is installed. I'm back to using the auto-reset chip that I don't like, because it doesn't reset on time and lets the printer go to 0, thus rejecting the chip for awhile.
I'm hoping to get one that goes to 95% rather than 100%, but making sure it's compatible is more important - I don't have any extra chips now. I notice the printer purges more ink if it's a non genuine cartridge - does anyone know if the resettable chips that MIS sells are real Epson chips, or aftermarket ones? If not, does anyone have a spare black chip? (T0601)
