15 month old Brother MFC-235C. I cannot print from the black cartridge. This is the case when I copy and when I print from the computer. The printer makes noises which suggest it's printing (I can hear the print head whizzing around over the paper) but when the paper emerges it is blank. The test print shows that the black isnt printing but the other three colours are fine. The black ink cartridge is more or less full. I have tried to print using two different black cartridges with the same result. Thanks.
