What about TY Watersheild and Pigment Ink ?

I have a Ciss system and TY water shield media and let me tell you guys, it is a real pain in the ass because it does f-ing work. When printed and with one swipe of a finger across with pressure can remove the ink.. I tried contacting the seller of the Pigment Ciss system, but nothing solid information was given..

Anyone else have hear about this issue ?

I believe Watershields are optimized for dye-based inks. I don't know of a single consumer grade disc-capable, or professional purpose-built inkjet disc printer that uses pigment ink for disc prints. Even for printers containing a pigment black cart in addition to the photo dye colors, the disc printing is done only with the dye colors... (Except for a few HP models rumoured to contain pigment ink, resulting in reports of Watershield prints smearing from disc tray exit roller contact.)
