bad printing results on WF-2010

Hi ...

With ink cartridges new & full, all tests done with excellent results and no other apparent problems, why has my Epson WF-2010 suddenly start producing bad printing results?

Because of this, I'm only printing in black & white at the moment causing my colour jobs to pile up!!

Any help would be most welcome.

I am going to assume that part of your testing WAS a nozzle check. if that is right then perhaps the problem rests elsewhere as in your print program?

Usually when you start up a new printer the installation instructions walk you through all the steps e.g. nozzle and print head alignment......again if that test was ok, back to the suggestion above?

hi ...
as soon as i sent my message asking about a nozzle check, the penny dropped when i realised what it was ... sometimes i'm really dumb!!!! ... lol

so yes, that and the alignment checks etc. have all been done and were good. that was yesterday, this morning, i did the nozzle check again BUT the cyan and yellow could hardly bee seen. magenta and black were perfect!

can't figure out why the cartridges that were working perfectly well suddenly started working perfectly bad!!!
only bought the printer in april this year too.

the attached file was scanned in pdf format ... the jpg scan when printed out only showed the text.

You say the inks are new, but is there a chance they have expired?

all new ... very definitely not expired ...
