Anyone got an RX690 or RX680??

Hey folks... Following a report from a customer I need a little help getting some photos of the RX690 to resolve a few questions.

If you have an RX690 (or an RX680), are reasonably technical, have a digital camera and a spare 15 minutes, could you drop me a PM please and I'll let you know what I need and what's in it for you

Hey Martin!

I was able to get my hatch cover off of my Epson RX680 following your instructions, had no difficulties and I can see the waste ink tube.

I did not follow the rest of the tutorial as I don't have a waste tank to attach. Let me know if you need anything else!

(I also took photos of removing the hatch, just in case).

That was a big help and confirmed that the complaint I had was probably less than genuine... The RX680 and other compatriots are definitely the same so much appreciated for the assist...
