I heard this story on the radio this morning:

http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=120448236

npr.org said:
Drop-for-drop, computer printer ink is among the most expensive products on the market. And it's highly profitable for the makers. That's why the CEO of a printer cartridge recycling business has filed an industrial espionage suit. He says a competitor sent a spy to his company posing as a customer with some very exacting questions.
Any spys hanging 'round here?

It's obvious to me that the interviewer doesn't know the difference between ink and toner and doesn't know the difference between a suit and a counter-suit. Epson sued a bunch of refillers and one of them counter-sued based on industrial espionage but the headline makes it sound like the refiller initiated the whole thing.
