Ok, you lot... fancy a laugh?
Well I have finally gotten the hang of Camtasia and produced a much better vidcap tutorial of the whole process of resetting an Epson inkjet printer using the service utility (AdjProg).
There's a low res and higher res' version for anyone who fancies a chuckle (look for the additional callouts) and as always feedback welcome...
