Hi @raztech
Printers have many reset options such as for scanning , network, etc.
It would help if you provided more details of the problems you are having or trying to solve.
If you are trying to do a product check, here are the steps and if should get to the point where it prints a nozzle check pattern, Note that the "stop button" is the button with the upside down triangle in it.
Running a Product Check
Running a product check helps you determine if your product is operating properly.
1. Press the power button to turn the product off.
2. Load a few sheets of plain paper in the product.
3. Hold down the stop button and press the power button to turn the product on.
4. When the product turns on, release both buttons.
The product prints a nozzle check pattern.
Note: It can take a few seconds for the nozzle check to start printing. If the nozzle check does not
start printing after a few seconds, make sure there is paper loaded in the printer.
Reset keys for the reset of the waste ink pads cost a few dollars, but the waste ink pads need to be replaced as well or the ink will leak out of the printer sooner or later.
There are Youtube videos how to replace the waste ink pads
