That was a good find @Nifty...

I plan in time to add an extra rail on both sides of my platform to give a more stable base when the platform is moving, but I haven’t managed to find any instruction on how to achieve this...

This mentions a z-axis coupler between the rod and the motor, to reduce stress on the motor.
My VERY cheap Anet A8 doesn't have this feature. Do your (relatively) expensive models have it?

Nope...

But I’m about to put in two new brackets under my platform to make it more stable,(Photos coming later) very similar to the photo above, and later add in another lead screw and motor, again to improve the stability on my Z axis...

I’m still waiting on parts for my hot-end to arrive in from China..
