Anybody sucessful with this? I tried to fool printer, but inks smeared on envelope...and also misregistered, so didn't overshoot the envelope to make a borderless print. Seems only preset certain sizes ALLOWED for borderless printing on Canon.

ok, i am finding out that using pigment black ink in certain canon printers (ip3000), tend to clog after time...well....using cheap third party. soooo....i am looking for a printer that uses dye only so i can continue to run cheap inks and not worry about them getting clogged.

Does anybody know if I can print custom size envlopes on the Canon printers like the Ip3000 or ip6600? or only set sizes it may have?
i have a ton of greetinf card sized envelopes i would like to print to from a Access database...don't want to use labels..but print on the envelopes.

Are these available? As ready filled carts or refill kits? Are these inks actually PIGMENT (I know the PG1-5 black is). Or just better DYES than previous inks like the BCI-6 or 3 series? Wonder if higher chance for ink clogging???
