My Canon MP160 gives the next Error E 4 2. According the manual is this a scanner failure. How can i fix it? The device is very less used.

After resetting (point 4) the printer restarted. Then printed the EEPROM information print and i've got D-000.0. Then restarted the printer again and give the command Print test page. After a few minutes i've got the print. My printer works again. Thanks for your help :)
