Thanks embguy, I had already decided against dismantling it further. I put the screws back in and proceeded to do the cleaning per the instructions of the Magic Inkjet Flush site. I'm convinced this is what my print head needs considering two of the colors would not print AT ALL after doing...

This is where I am at... As you can see I removed the two screws (yellow) at the bottom of the print head, but I can't proceed any further because I'm afraid I will break the ribbon (red). How do I get to the bottom of the jets?
