Thank you for your comment on Pro-100. I agree with the value and the quality of Pro-100. It's the size/bulk etc and the fact that I print so few photos nowadays - hence ..... Don't get me wrong, I do agree that Pro-100 is of superior value.

BTW, my MP610 is still unopened in a sealed box!

For MP970, I have been using ink from Precision Colors. (Converted from Hobbicolors.I am based in Southern California) Works well!! I also use dye ink instead of pigment for the big black PGI5 as this is the one that clogged most often with my previous 970s when it's not used often. So far so...

Hi, I am looking for a new print head for MP970. Some sites say it's QY6-0062 while other sites categorically stated that it's for MP950 MP960 IP7500 IP7600, and not MP970. Does anybody have a correct info and any recommendation where it's best to get it from? Thank you in advance. Kefp

Steve W I also like this paper. The fading is superior to Costco's Kirkland. I have a little trouble making a good profile for this matte paper with prism. I get a lot of saturation, unlike glossy papers. The output looks fine for the most part, however. Do you have the same issue? Kefp

Just reporting back: I did as suggested above - put a drop of Windex on the screen for the cyan nozzle and also put some Windex on the larger purge pad. Then do a cleaning of just the dye ink nozzles. It's been good for 2 days in a row now. If it dries up again I'll let you know.
