my photo got lof of white dot, i suspect it's not dust. anyway, can i grease this belt? is there anything i should aware of. (i recently just bought a new pro 9500 mk2, everything is fresh in box except this part.)

How to release the tab, for the top removing

anybody else know which white tab he's refering to? do i need to open the whole machine or just the tray to get the white tab? my newly bought 9500, 1st setup (ya, i know it's 2023) got this error.
