Got new Ix6850 but can't get through setup. The paper jams as it goes into the paper feed, every time. All instructions followed, cellophane & plastic removed from inks, A4 standard paper inserted in the top of the feeder, but it won't go thru at all. Tried manual and auto head aligns, but the...
