I have strange problem on the plotter Stylus Pro 11880.Light cyan damper and ink tube has vaccum with air bubble. On the nozzle check I have missing Cyan segment,Light cyan is good. I tried change print head and dampers ,same problem. I can not see any problem on the ink tubes to the cartridge...
I assume that one damper of 4 has the function of dividing the black ink from one tube into two parts and that two nozzles on the head are black. Is the problem a defective damper, the air in the damper and ink system or the pump cap assy is not working well?
You need to see above the print...
@mikling I can not find a pdf document or a book with the nozzle check pictures to understand if you need to clean print heads, pump station, dumpers, air in pipelines ...?
Dirty , defective paper sensor or little fuse on MB are the problems that you can solve. On the L series you can try to change the transistor if the main board does not work anyway. The most common cause of the transistor burning is a burned print head.
