    What I feared may have happened . Error 5110 also indicates a problem with the operation of th print head support , I checked and there is no paper jam or anything else . My printer is only 3 years old , should I just throw it in the trash ??? is there a solution ? Thanks

    hi all , and happy new year when switched on, the printhead goes up and down several times but , apparently , does not find its place and remains free from any movement from right to left on its axis , The orange light flashes 11 times and gives me error 5110 . Can I do something ? Thank you .

    I cleaned and refilled my 2 sets of carts and the problem is still there . Could it be a paper feeding problem because there is a darker strip only at the start of printing in B and W or color ?

    As recommanded by "the hat" , I cleaned the encoder strip and the grey carts , the problem on the last two images disappered , however the dark strip at the start of print is still there ( images 3 and 4 ) . I still have the problem of images 2 but only with this photo !!!!!????

    Nozzles check this morning ........yelow is missing , 3 nozzles check and it's ok . If I perform a nozzles check about every six hours ( after a good nozzles check ) it will be good every time , but if I wait longer ( overnight ) the yellow is missing !!!! there is no smudges on paper surfaces ...
