My printer is printing too darkly. Is there somewhere in the driver settings that I can lighten the output?

Can anyone point me to where I could find out what the error codes in the flashing lights mean on this model printer. I have 5 orange and one green. Any help much appreciated.

O.K. thanks for that advice. So if I am looking at a matte surface board, what would be the maximum thickness for this printer. Here is Australia I think this would be referred to as the GSM. Thank You

Is there a way to locate where my printer drivers are located on my computers so I can verify which versions they are? I think you are going to say they're wherever I put them but isn't there some standard way of looking at your driver file? This reason I ask is that I have a strange problem...

Thanks Burt and GS. Glad to report I did as you suggested and the reservoir was completely dry so replaced it did the small clean and all seems to be working O.K. fingers crossed. Thanks for your help and for pointing me to this forum which I would never have thought of looking for. Barb
