Dear Guys, Do u know how to do alignment for wincor 4915xe? Sometimes when printing, the results not center and sometimes alignment for each font not proper. Is that the hardware problem? i already change the printhead, ribbon. But still the same result. Thanks for your support. BR, Fairul
