Problem with Wincor nixdorf 4915xe

Dear Guys,

Do u know how to do alignment for wincor 4915xe?
Sometimes when printing, the results not center and sometimes alignment for each font not proper.

Is that the hardware problem? i already change the printhead, ribbon. But still the same result.

I have the impression that Olivetti was the actual manufacturer of these 24 needle impact printers, you would have to look for a service manual, I found this one which appears to me quite close to
the Wincor model

a scan of a printout would help to understand your problem better, it might be a coding/positioning problem. I just would guess, that there is a stepping motor moving the
printhead carriage, and there should be some coding disk to read the head position. These disks - optically or with small cutouts in a metal disk . collect dust, and the sensor gets confused.
