I have tried searching for the part numerous times without success and I am hoping someone can come up with the Epson part number as other printers may use the same printhead. This model of just throwing things out when in reality they need very little to repair them is sad.

Thanks for your reply Hat and I know what you say is true but I enjoy the tinkering around with things and bringing them back to life.

I am looking to purchase a printhead for an Epson XP-640 printer if I can do so considering its price vs a new printer ratio. Does anyone know what the part number is as I cannot find any on Ebay or elsewhere that indicate XP-640. Any suggestions are appreciated!
