FWIW - and just in case there's any interest - the monochrome system is up and running OK - not as difficult as I'd anticipated. Diluted the GY ink to make LG, LLG and LLLG inks that matched the measured densities of 100% C, M & Y then printed using the previously established colour profiles...
That aligns with my experience too Conrad - although reducing cooling time to 30s seems to produce just about identical results to those at 60s. But great to see that Mike's improvement objectives continue ....
