It's a great world, and Epson is great as so is this forum, always here to help you as are others, just paying it forward.

You can call Epson and explain, remove cartridges and with a pencil eraser clean contacts or buy a yellow cartridges at staples to see if ink problem or unit problem. Jeff

Did it come with manufacturer sealed cartridges, can you post a pic of the status indicator with the inks?

Magenta cartridge says 6763R over that it says V6.2 then underneath the 6763R it says 2A Thanks, Jeff

Is there a substitute for the old ssc epson utility 4.3? This utility (Russian designed) reset ink counters, initialized cartridges, thorough cleaning, etc. Is there a substitute that would incorporate more recent Epson inkjet printers? Thanks, jeff
