So far the bubble stays there only and doesn't move even after pressing the tube on that part a bit with my finger nail so that won't bother me that much. The ink still flows and it might just be a bubble from the tank.

Hi, @Ink stained Fingers . The Cyan tube has a very small bubble in it. Not an ink gap in the tube but a very small bubble. Looks like the small bubbles in Inktank had found their way into the tubes

I did nothing that would have made the ink go back. Yesterday I had moved the printer a little bit (maybe a few cm's) to install a nylon dust cover on top of it but that shouldn't have made the black tube to lose ink. The last time I printed was day before yesterday.

The Color inks may be same but will the Black pigment inks be the same? There is a Gi-71 that I bought for refilling my old PG-88 cartridge but @The Hat said that they are Matte Pigment Black and mine are Photo Pigment Black (Gi-790).

One more thing. Are different Canon Inkjet Pigment bottles the same quality of ink? I am talking about Gi-790 and Gi-71 PGBK Pigment Inks. Both are pigment and both are 135ml bottles with different nozzles/spouts. The Gi-790 has a male spout and the Gi-71 had a female spout.
