you're welcome. Happy to see another person able to generate a printer profile using the CR30 colorimeter.

TI1, TI2, CSV and printtarg target files for SpyderPrint Targets

Even after randomising (to make the adjacent patch to be totally different patch color) I get this continously:

TI1, TI2, CSV and printtarg target files for SpyderPrint Targets

Actually it is terrible to read: I will try to randomize the patches.

TI1, TI2, CSV and printtarg target files for SpyderPrint Targets

OK, I tried to scan the targets but unfortunately the same error happens: I will try to read every row and save the file and see how the profile is generated.

The reason for that it is a printscreen, colors are ok.

So I did some work with manipulating the 975 patch target over 2 sheets of A4. I will give it a try this weekend if it works:

I am still trying to create a good divison of your new 975-target and I get this using the following command: printtarg -v -ii1 -a0.9 -A0.85 -b -r -P -T360 -M10 -p180x297 975-chart So I get a equally divided patch count per page and later I can use the stretch option to create a true A4 sheet...

trying to bolean cut a adapter from 51.5 mm base to 49 mm base

just give it a try: it is very intuitive but sometimes I get a bit confused in which order I have to apply the boolean function (object subject sequence aka is A cutting B or B cutting A).

Can this be true: spectro quality printer profiles with this software and a scanner.....???

OK, give it a try Lothman  .....very strange you don't need a referencce chart to calibrate one, even spectro's need a white point to calibrate the first time before scanning the patches.

trying to bolean cut a adapter from 51.5 mm base to 49 mm base

Well I tried the boolean cutting by defining a empty cylinder (internal diameter 49 mm) and projecting around the cylinder and trying the difference function (boolean modifyer), but somehow the whole upper area is cut leaving only a donut like ring on the bottom  .

trying to bolean cut a adapter from 51.5 mm base to 49 mm base

Many thanks for your efforts....I will give it a try, because I have a particular T ring that internall is only 49 instead of the 51.5 mm diameter.

trying to bolean cut a adapter from 51.5 mm base to 49 mm base

I am trying to decrease the base lower (diameter 51.5 mm) into 49 mm with the bolean cut method in Blender, but I have tried several times to do it but it did not managed to decrease the radius of the broad base from 51.5 m to 49 mm base. I tried to decrease the whole from 51.5 to 49 mm, but...

TI1, TI2, CSV and printtarg target files for SpyderPrint Targets

There is something very strange with the ti1 files: it generates greenish space bars when I choose the -b argument in printtarg (not real white/black). it doesn't make sense to me and removing the last patches in your ti1 file still generates those extra black patches....I will wait.

Is it possible to upload the bare patch set with only 729 + 234 Extended grays patches (ti1 file with 963 patches in total) without the extra black and white patches up to 989 patches ? The reason I want to play with printtarg to obtain an optimal placement of the patches.

Can this be true: spectro quality printer profiles with this software and a scanner.....???

Ink can differ slightly from batch to batch and colour drifting can happen over time. The reason why you will need to calibrate the white point every time before scanning the patches......how do you calibrate a scanner before scanning the patches ???

Can this be true: spectro quality printer profiles with this software and a scanner.....???

I am a bit puzzled: how can you know the colors scanned with the ET-8550 is the right one if there is no reference to compare to ? I had to make a custom scanner target for my Epson ET-8550 with my vintage i1Pro1 and the iMatch software: using a target that I scanned with both the ET-8550 flat...

Can this be true: spectro quality printer profiles with this software and a scanner.....???

https://www.ddisoftware.com/printprism/ This would a revolution when we can generate printer profiles without a reference chart and only a software package of $34.95..... It says even better printer profiles than a hand scanned spectro.....

Could you upload the combined and corrected expert plus extended grays ti.1 file too ? Note use D50 and not D65 for conversion !

TI1, TI2, CSV and printtarg target files for SpyderPrint Targets

Just to say the above target is not usable, because it gives reading errors, probably the conversion is not done well: There is something wrong in the conversion. I have tried both the i1Pro1 and the i1Pro2 and the errors are the same. Please check your ti1 files
