Possibility to convert csv-file with only L*A*B* values into a ArgyllCMS ti3 file

Yes I get it....unfortunately there is te sample_Loc that is gone. I have to merge it with the ti2 file I think. No the colorimeter is this one: https://nl.aliexpress.com/item/1005007293964897.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.10.191b1802jFySiv&gatewayAdapt=glo2nld The CR30 Strangely...

Possibility to convert csv-file with only L*A*B* values into a ArgyllCMS ti3 file

Hi x64, I got this when trying to create the profile: It reads only 200 sets and expected 228 sets..... I changed some description too like Colore Rep into iRGB_LAB (was i1RGB_XYZ).

Possibility to convert csv-file with only L*A*B* values into a ArgyllCMS ti3 file

The software under Windows gives this as scan values: There is no much information about how to use this device: I have chose M0 /D50 at 2 degrees angle . Not sure in the UV-setting I should choose UV400 or not ??? Anyhow It picks up the color patches in LAB values.

    Calibrite Profiler 3.0

I suggest to download the last verson of X-Rite i1Profiler that still supports the i1Pro2/EF-2000 and that is version 3.8.5 too.

    Epson ET-8550 Bronzing?

You can draw the conclusion yourself 😉

    Epson ET-8550 Bronzing?

just put a drop of water on the nozzle print and let it penetrate by itself and see if you see a black ring after the water droplet has diffused through the paper: rubbing is not a good way to determine it. It should be done by passive diffusion to see.

    Epson ET-8550 Bronzing?

In that case did you buy from a legit reseller ? Epson's quality control is very good and the chances the PK or MK has be swapped is second to none or in practical terms: almost impossible.

    Epson ET-8550 Bronzing?

I find it particular with the fail-safe bottles it should not be possible to put MK into the PK container; it won't fit. The bottles will not release ink unless the bottle is inserted properly into the right ink slot. It is a very smart solution.

    Calibrite Profiler 3.0

Maybe a bit paranoia, but I think the next step will be some kind of pricing based on the profiles you make; most probably free for consumer and prosumer printers for RGB printer profiles, but for higher end printers using CMYK printer targets things can add up with this subscription system...

    Epson ET-8550 Bronzing?

Are you sure ??? MacOS tends to override the drivers after an update overwriting the previous proprietary Canon and Epson drivers with their own Airprint drivers. Please double check if you can disable color management in the printer driver setting .

    Calibrite Profiler 3.0

How laughable this is: New print on the same device and some new firmware so the new software will accept it, but the same older device is discarded and rejected. It should be prohibited becasue of e-waste. The EU will not allow this.

    Calibrite Profiler 3.0

Thanks for the update: yesterday I could still download my version of ccstudio from the official calibrite website, but today the link is gone. I hate subscription models like Calibrite is moving towards now, likewise the same with Ink subscription systems or Photoshop and even cars like...

    Epson ET-8550 Bronzing?

Let me guess: MacOS ????... DON'T install the Airprint driver, that is a recipe for disaster. deinstall them and install the ones of Epson you have downloaded for your version of MacOS. After each update MacOS tends to remove the proprietary drivers in favour of its Airprint drivers causing...

Possibility to convert csv-file with only L*A*B* values into a ArgyllCMS ti3 file

The metadata is unfortunately that in the CSV-file. Light source is D50/10 degrees and test mode: M0. I hope this is enough data to make the conversion. The white and black points is defined in the ti2 file, so based on the LAB values in the csv file I think it should be possible to estimate the...

Possibility to convert csv-file with only L*A*B* values into a ArgyllCMS ti3 file

Yesterday I reprinted the target in a smaller size so I can read it with my i1 pro and generated a ti3 file and hoping to paste the lab values into it but it was very confusing.... also the CSV files uses commas instead of dots to seperate the values....very confusing indeed

Possibility to convert csv-file with only L*A*B* values into a ArgyllCMS ti3 file

I took the time to reread the patches again, this time hopefully in the right configuration from A1-A19, B1-B19....up to the last row. @crenedecotret: I suggest to use this csv file to have a look at (others are also invited to have a look at).

Possibility to convert csv-file with only L*A*B* values into a ArgyllCMS ti3 file

This is the upload of the files in a single zip file. NOTE: I probably have read each row in reverse order (So instead A1>A19 I did read from A19>A1, so each set of 19 readings should probably be reversed in order to fit into the ti3 file, as each row has 19 patches and in total 12 rows). The...

Possibility to convert csv-file with only L*A*B* values into a ArgyllCMS ti3 file
