your printer is still ok. the worse thing you could've done is ruined the printhead, which is highly unlikely. get a new cartridge, clean your printhead (search this forum on how to clean it), and everything will be fine.
well, here's the problem sara, you have a canon i560, and you're refilling it with an HP ink. you should know that the canon printers use different type of inks than HP, and vice versa. you have to buy an ink specifically formulated for your brand of printer, you just can't get the first ink you...
For me, I would try to avoid an all in one model. It doesn't support individual ink tanks, and it consumes more power, because if you just want to print a page, you have to power the whole machine, including the other features, when you don't need them.
the spongless canon cartridge at colorbat isn't really totally spongeless. there is still a small sponge right at the area where the printhead takes the ink from the carts. if the sponge is the same quality as that of the sponge used in a regular cartridge, i don't see any reason why a smaller...
the owner of colorbat has replied to my e-mail asking for an update on the problem inks. he has replied 3 days ago and said on the e-mail that he will be posting new information regarding the inks in the afternoon. but until now, i see no update on his website, maybe he still hasn't found a good...
yeah, nifty, you are exactly right on that one. the standard sizes of photo papers don't match when it comes to ratios. i dunno why, but i guess we'll just have to settle to cropping. that will be dissapointing if you want to print the whole picture without editing. the second solution is to...
Does that mean they are not planning on improving their black ink in the future?
Just some questions. The blank ink that bleeds, is it pigment based, or dye based?
Does this problem only happens when printing in non-photo mode?
Shrinking a 4x6 picture to a 3x5 picture will not preserve it's width and length ratios. You don't shrink it by removing an inch in width and removing an inch in lenght unless your picture is a perfect square.
In this case, your picture is a rectangle. To reduce your width from 4 to 3, don't...
Hahahahaha. Well, you should've told me so. Anyway, I'm looking for a good supplier with years of experience and success in their field. While I appreciate your interest, I cannot afford to be the first customer, too much risk.
MIS has really destroyed their reputation on this one. At least Colorbat had the courage to inform their customers about their ink problems. MIS just chose to sell their inks even with the knowledge that their inks have problems.
I would've purchased Inks from Colorbat, and was just waiting for...
I'm actually thinking of trying to get a 20 foot container and see how well it sells. I'm sure with the digital camera revolution, people would find cheaper ways to print their photos.
In my country, while there are ink refill stations at the malls, they still sell each refill way overpriced...
Hi, I'm planning on starting a business in my country and I am looking for a good inkjet inks supplier. I am interested in the same supplier of inks for MIS and Colorbat. If you have any idea where I could contact that supplier, please e-mail me at blasterq@yahoo.com
thanks!
I've checked their website, and here is the problem...
they sell inks by sets with incomplete colors!
take for example their product CanonBCI-5/6BK/PC/PM:
Description:
Ink Refill Kit
Whats in the box?
(1) 60ml Black Premium Quality Ink
(1) 60ml Photo Cyan Premium Quality Ink
(1) 60ml Photo...
According to colorbat website, they have some problems with their Cyan and Magenta inks. It seems like their supplier messed up big time.
read the whole info here:
http://www.colorbat.com/canoninkproblems.htm
Since colorbat claims that they have the same source as the MIS brand, it is therefore...
