I wonder what would happen if you masked-off the letters and used black spray-paint to cover the print? Another idea: Use the exact same design, but print a 2mm layer in black with the letters as "holes" and slip it over the top?

I've had this salt-shaker for about 20 years (maybe more) and the rubberish plug at the bottom is completely hard and cracked. So, with onshape, some TPU and a bit of work, I made a replacement that works perfectly (2nd try):
