I have a few empty cartridges, but I have found a chip with the code:

on top it says: F2166

on the back side: 66D

Can somebody help me which colour this is ? Cartridge is T580x for the Epson Pro 3880.

The closest one to that was F2164 on my carts. Normal Cyan.

Most others was F213X and one had F21XXX (5 figures just as the waste tanks))

A 3800 chip?

I don't think so, I know the newer chips have 5 digits after the F, the older versions have only 4 digits. What is the other side saying, mine says 66D

He he.... you want me to cut the melted plastic tabs?
Dont You have a full functional set?
That was my impression... or?
Just the waste tank left...

Ok my other set are piggybacked on refillebles from china and att secured with stiff tejp to sit flat with the cartriges - not being locked taking them out. Tell me if it's critical to know.....

Are You EU'an or US? That may matter - different markets. I'm in Sweden.

And man, You told us that this was the second 3880, not.

Yes, see my location on the left: Belgium. I will make an educated guess by installing it on my waste ink tank and see if it is refused or not.

Yes - and you surely know you must have two waste tanks - one to use and another one to fool the printer with.
In your case - with each resett you just switch waste tank between the printers.

Good Luck!

Now You can double your production capacity......:celebrate:weee

Yes I did, but unfortunately without the roll holder, which I find ridiculously expensive and probably can be custom made yourself.

You can make the roll holder and brackets yourself using a 3D printer, so long as you have the detailed description and dimensions.. or ask someone to make them for you.. ;)
