3D Printer Filament Dry Box - Keep Humidity Low

To paraphrase Lamont Cranston...

Who knows what humidity lurks in the reels of filaments? The Shadow knows!

Hard to say what caused the breakage of your filament. If humidity is an issue them maybe Nifty will begin experiencing fractured filament at some point with his 10% relative humidity storage box.

Considering you much higher humidity reading, is is possible your storage box has a small air leak?

I've definitely had a problem with brittle filament, but it's usually older stuff (which I assume is humid) and also more towards the the middle of the roll (because the winding is tighter and when unrolling it has to "bend" more).
