Thank you and you have made my day. I ordered the delux ink set from precision colors that includes a resetter. I will certainly accept and take your valuable advise. Again, thank you and I appreciate your taking the time to answer my questions.

I purchased a Pixma Pro 100 and updated the firmware to the latest. Does this mean that I can't refill OEM cartridges when the new ones are empty? If so Is there a way to revert back to the original firmware. Thanks for any information, Trey
