On the internet I can't find the fault code listed at all. I contacted Epson who said "it looks like it needs servicing" at £118.80. Return to base and 15 days turn around, but also said if not repairable it would be sent back unrepaired. No mention of what the fault code is.

Hi. I have an EcoTank 3600. I haven't used it for a while due to relocating to another country. The printer wont print and displays a fault 'PRINTER ERROR 031004'. I can't find this error code anywhere, could anyone advise and a possible fix. My black ink is low but don't really want to fill it...
