I think the rounded corners is not helping too. I will try to change it to rectangular sharp corners.

I'd guess it is something to do with the wheels gripping and feeding the tray at different strenght, or tolerance related where the tray...

Today I tried to print a PVC ID card tray for my Epson ET-8550, but the cards are printed slightly skwewed....Not sure what is causing...
