I'm accustomed to transparent cartridge sides, but lately cartridges have opaque sides making identification difficult. Plus, some of these carts come from three different 3rd parties and identifies the contents with only a code such as TO79520 in very fine print. I only know now what that code...

I used to free up my cartridge carriage on my 1430 by using the buttons in a certain way. I didn't need to pull the power cord. Now I've forgotten how I did that. Can someone help me recall that technique?
