My friend has a L7680 - and her ink is not coming out , she has refillable cartridges all the colors are working except the Black, she read somewhere she had to clean the print heads with hot water , she tried that and did it with all the colors but , still the black is not coming out. Any ideas?

You can buy the brother !! any new brothers will work great with a ciss ! we have one in our office running with a ciss and it works great , best thing they do not have chips so there is no recognition problems!

i would get a Brother printer!! they are cheap and the best thing is if you get a ciss or refillable cartridges you will have no chip problems, since they do not use a chip is so easy for the printer to recognize them . we have one in our office and we print a lot! is the MFC490
