Hi ayumu85, 1. Please remove your cartridges from the printer. 2. Leave the door open and disconnect your power cable from the back of the printer. 3. Keep the printer off for 2 minutes. 4. Turn it on again and put inside the printer both cartridges. Your printer should be working now...
