hi guys Sent my printer off to be repaired as it will not turn on at all !! They have got back to me today saying its the printer head faulty & the logic board ! Is it possible to clean the printer head DIY ? As i think why they are saying the printer head is faulty or could it be something...

My printer is not working I think it's a Mark I ,wont power on !! Seen another printer but its a Mark II not working has been droped casing all damaged , just seeing if there is any difference between the two . May be worth buying for spares to repair mine ?

hi guys My printer will not turn on blue light only on for a couple of seconds then off ! Looked at ac adaptor k30267 which just unclips from the printer ,will this be faulty do you know I can get a replacement (link would be helpful) ? Or anyone repair this at all ?
