No hole yet as they come pre filled with ink ready to go, I removed the chip from the original cart, reset and placed on the new clear cart and inserted into the printer. Must say I'm impressed. When it comes to refill time I'll try the German method.

Well just when I had all but given up, the German carts arrived. Maybe something to do with Paypal getting involved. Anyway will post some pics soon and let you know what I think.

Well been a while but just reporting that the German carts never arrived and is currently in dispute with Paypal. Really annoying thing is that I never recieved any emails to say they had actually left Germany. :( Really disapointed that a company like that doesn't respond in any way. Anyway...

Thanks for the reply I have a redsetter from the same place which has worked twice on the original carts but wanted to try refilling the german method and thought it may be easier to fill with the transparent carts as opposed to the originals. Thanks
