With our Artisan printer, I think we did the software reset a half dozen times. Plus we use the external tank kit -- which we would dump out a couple times a month. With the Canon Pixma iX6820 we haven't even attempted to do waste ink management yet. I'm assuming it'll be an issue soon though...
