    to ghwells jr and to jflan THANK YOU VERY MUCH. Back to the non-photo inks and printing my photos again successfully... The photo inks "sounded" better and there was no warning any place in the packaging about the difference. My ip3000 is back to normal. Thanks again.

    Thank you for quick reply. It did not occur to me that the photo colors are lighter. There was no indication of clogged jets. I am at work now and am not sure whether I put in Canon brand "regular" or photo. Will check at home tonight and reply. Thanks again.

    Any clues why my ip3000 suddenly won't print it's usual rich blue? Instead it is washed out nearly a pale purple. And all my photo printing turned washed out from prior bright bold photos. My Cyan ran out in the middle of printing 10 pages of photo prints. Possibly foolishly, I replaced the...
