I learned this 15 years ago. Now it bites me in the ass.
Somehow the computer went to default on Energy setting. So it was going to sleep before the print was done.

If too much ink is laid down it will take longer to dry or not dry at all. Black ink on baryta Gloss is an example. I use a wet polymer coating on canvas and heavy areas will bleed if not enough drying time is given.
BTW This is with an ipf8300 OEM Inks and 3rd party papers
Yes I stated that billboards are low dpi.
Giclee Fine Art Reproduction needs 300 dpi.
A friend that prints landscape also uses 300 dpi.
Both my artists and myself see the difference.
I have printed that size many times. Since I mostly work with artists reproducing their work, I always print 300 dpi files.
The questions you need to ask are what is the ink set. Are you okay with Aquous where the print will need to be coated, or would you rather use a latex or solvent based...

Not in this case. The image started in a medium format B&W film camera. A traditional wet darkroom print was made on Silver bromide dodging and burning under an enlarger. Then the image was hand coloured with water-based dyes. Next I copied the image onto 4x5 Ektachrome film.
