Getting Fingers Dirty

Hi all,
A friend of mine gave me a Konika-Minolta page pro 1300W laser printer and I use it since that time. No problem with it, except that the ink cartridge was empty at acquisition time and it was difficult to find on local websites, an ink bottle to refill the cartridge with toner. I found one in UK with the small electronic card to make the printer believe that it was a cartridge from the manufacturer.
No matter, my father has, at that time, some problems with its Canon PIXMA MG8150.
I'm looking forward to knowing you better, contributing and getting your help if possible.
