What is being posted here are prime examples of the strong exploiting the weak, corruption, pay offs, and worse still Government sanctioned TRADE.

:hu

And now it's time to play Australia's number one game show... Find 3dogs! :gig

This thread is getting FUBAR'ed. Mods - please delete my post.

I do find it interesting how some postings and threads of genuine, serious concerns die promptly. And then others, without much substance, have the Lazarus gene.

Seven pages? Really.....

Has also been my observation. Not only here but on a couple of other sites I am active on.

My yardstick is: trivial and inconsequential threads will go on for ever. Twisting and turning according to the whims of the participants. Usually good natured and collegial in tone

Serious and meaningful discussion are usually resolved in a couple of dozen messages. UNLESS one or more participants is in a combative mood.Whereupon things can get ugly. What I consider the FU factor. (NOT on this site fortunately, where everything is civilised) Maybe the anonymous nature of these posts tend to bring out the crazies.

Fortunately I consider this one of the more pleasant sites. It is well run, and I guess you guys are all nice folks. If you want to go to a site where many of the participants have serious mental issues, try the OFF TOPIC forum at DPReview. If you participate make sure you have flame retardant underwear.

Of course if I had time I would tell you what I really think! ;)

Oh, by the way, I am not one of the crazies. I am, and always have been, a sh$t disturber.

The simple problem on a forum like this is if we don’t allow members to have a guanine rant then we are not being true to our very friendly nature here, with exceptions of course !!

So if anybody wants to rant off for whatever reason they can start a new thread of their very own in “EVERYTHING ELSE” and call it whatever they wish and then we can at several members requests move any unnecessary rants to that thread to keep the original one clean and clear..

Would that work ?
@Roy Sletcher Very nice new Avatar.. :thumbsup

To paraphrase the journalists: How? What? When? Why? Where? - and who cares? - or something like that.
