I’m looking at getting around 150–200 T-shirts printed for a company event and I’m trying to decide whether screen printing is still the best option.
The design is fairly simple (2 colors on the front, 1 color on the back), but I want the print to hold up well after repeated washing since people will likely wear the shirts long after the event.
For orders in this quantity range, would you choose screen printing, DTG, or another method? Also, what should I be asking a printer to make sure I’m getting a durable print and not something that starts fading or cracking after a few months?
I’d appreciate hearing from people who have ordered bulk shirts recently or work in the printing industry.
