Placed an order months ago with "inksupply.com" (and paid for it). Nothing came, and they would not respond to phone messages or emails. I should have checked on this site before placing my order and I would have found my situation was not unusual.
I finally gave up (asked credit card company for a refund), and recently placed an order with "precision colors". The order arrived in a matter of days! What a difference in service!

That's very surprising news about inksupply.com. I bought a lot of stuff from them in 2017. They are also known as MIS Associates, Inc and I thought they had a good reputation on this forum too. When I was a customer everything arrived when it should, and I had questions answered by email and even by phone. They had a lot of knowledge and made at least some of their own stuff. (My experiences with Precision Colors were good too about the same time frame). Has anyone else had recent experiences with Inksupply.com/MIS recently, positive or negative?

I used to get all of my bulk ink and supplies from them. Their web site now just shows refilled cartridges for sale. They have a FB page (inksupply.com), but nothing's been posted on it since 2016. I e-mailed them a couple of time asking if they are still in business - no response. They have an 800 number that tells you to e-mail them for info, The fact that they no longer have bulk inks on their site tells me that they're kaput.

UPDATE: I finally got a response from them. They are not selling bulk because of supply and quality issues. They actually haven't been selling bulk for quite some time. They are selling refilled carts. Where thery're getting the ink for those is anybody's guess.

I’d avoid their new refilled cartridges like the plague, stick to what you know and are comfortable using.. Your printer will also appreciate your current choice..

I'm not sure inksupply knows much at all what they are selling/shipping, I'm just reading the product details at the bottom part for an ink bottle T502 for an Epson Ecotank printer, and the text just talks about remanufactured cartridges but the T502 ink comes in bottles.

'Remanufactured Ink Cartridge Remanufactured From OEM Parts And Was Not Manufactured By Epson' - how does this apply to an ink bottle - how/ why is that OEM bottle not manufactured by Epson - are they talking about their refilled product ? Are they collecting all empty bottles from the American market and do a refill with those ?

A company posting such confusing statement cannot be a serious supplier for me at all.

They used to be quite decent for bulk inks and supplies, but I haven't ordered from them for several years. I use Precision Colors now.

I remember that I ordered inks from MIS supplies long time ago - 10+ years - but I'm sure you are better off with precisioncolors at this time.

InkSupply.com is out of business. I believe they closed permanently.
