Who makes whitest paper base?

I'm looking for the brightest white paper base. I see Canon Platinum Glossy has a 98 Brightness rating, while Epson Premium Glossy has a 96 Brightness on Amazon's specs.

Not concerned about longevity or OBAs, just looking for something that is very white.

It's just the OBA's which cause the increase of the white level, and it is correct that some Canon papers have a pretty strong OBA content e.g. the Platinum PT101 - higher than an Epson Premium glossy, but be aware that such whiteness increase is only visible in an environment with some UV content in the ambient/room light . So that whitening effect is not active at all times. And even worse - not only inks fade under particular circumstances but these OBA's as well - their effect may be gone after some time.
