Which black?

Experts quick question....

I'm going to try to refill my wife's inkjet (brothers) at her work. It use only one black cartridge. I have supply for Hobbicolors ink at home that i use to refill my ip4500s. Which black should I use? the regular black (UW8-Bk) or the pigment black (PMT-BK)

It would be easier to identify if you know the model printer or what cartridge it uses. Another way to tell is to do a test print on plain paper and soak it in water and if it runs it's dye, if the ink is unaffected it is pigment.
